SILVI used live video feeds as an input to its advance image processing algorithms. The company filed patents for, "display window effectiveness", "Best frame algorithm" & "Retail heat maps". Part of the SILVI breaking through development was the ability to identify unique customer using image processing algorithms without face recognition.
